Reply Ticket - Customer Support App
Good days!
It's been so long since I post anything on Dribbble, life's been getting on me lately but here I am, back again with exploration of Customer Support application of my #2024DashboardSeries. In this post, I am showing you my exploration of Replying Ticket from customer. Any emails submitted from customer to agents will be considered as "Ticket" and will be changed as "Open" once an agent replied to the email. Agents can reply by simply text, or attach any files, link or picture necessary. Agents can also check the ticket detail and collapse the information whenever they want.
