Client: Eesha_madan

Australia

Postproduction done for an architectural student for his architectural educational project in Australia. The palette color is turquoise, green, gray, brown and dark red, according to the rendering images previously he sent. The job was done effectively using Adobe programs like Photoshop and Illustrator. In addition to complement the process of drawing with Autodesk Autocad.

Coastal erosion and rising sea levels are becoming a real concern, with storms and extreme weather making the problem worse. This puts existing buildings at risk and raises questions about the future of new developments. Property prices are also sky-high, making it tough for first-time buyers and those on lower incomes to afford a place. Glenelg’s popularity drives up prices, which only adds to Adelaide’s broader housing affordability issues. There’s also the environmental impact to consider. More housing along the coast is putting pressure on local ecosystems, particularly the dunes and native plants that protect the shoreline. Balancing development with conservation is tricky and getting it wrong could cause long-term damage.
