Once you begin a workout, the pag transforms into a real-time activity tracker. It displays the type of exercise you are performing alongside a precise timer to help you stay focused and measure your progress accurately. Whether you are timing a set of pushups or holding a plank, the app keeps you on track. 

The intuitive design ensures a seamless workout experience, helping you maintain consistency and achieve your fitness milestones with ease.
