Our task in this research project was to conduct an audit, which was divided into two parts: UX/communication and UI. Following the audit, we designed new application views that addressed the most critical pain points for users, focusing on improving the key areas that posed the greatest challenges during their experience. This process involved not only identifying the issues but also creating solutions that enhance usability, streamline communication, and provide a more intuitive interface for the target audience.
