LETTERS FROM DISTANT MOUNTAINS

A packaging for the tea dealer GuZuo is this series: Letters from Distant Mountains. Seven teas, that are grown in seven different Chinese mountains.

Our concept for this series was that the packaging should look like sent by post. Each mountain received its own imaginary post office with its own stamp and postmark.

The top part of the packaging is a single piece of paper, a letter, folded into the bottom paper box and held in place with a single rubber band.

This letter (the unfolded packaging) contains all relevant information about the tea, including where it was grown, how it should be prepared, etc.

The other tea mountains are listed on a kind of map and provide information about the other products from the GuZuo company.

We received the Golden Pin Award 2023 for this packaging design.
