HR Management – Navigation

Hey again,

We’re excited to share a glimpse of one of our projects: an employee management platform designed to simplify and streamline HR operations. Our work involved restructuring user flow and platform logic, establishing a new design language, and building a comprehensive design system.

Our navigation system for the HR Management platform is clean and user-focused, designed to be simple and functional. It features an advanced search with dropdowns for quick access to key sections like All, Employees, Documents, and Settings, making it easy to navigate. The notification system ensures users get timely updates, and a shortcut feature helps streamline workflows. Drop-shaped avatars reflect the platform’s branding, while subtle grey outlines and small radiuses add a modern, polished look.
