Inspired by my New Year's resolution to create a new piece of work every day, I’ve embarked on designing a unique wine label for each type of wine I explore, capturing the essence and story behind each varietal.

About Graves

A California Twist on a Bordeaux Classic. Inspired by the gravelly soils of Bordeaux's Graves region, this California wine draws a bold connection to the majestic granite faces of Yosemite. Just as the rugged terrain of Graves shapes its wines, the granite-rich soils of California bring a unique minerality and depth to this modern interpretation. Crafted with a nod to Bordeaux tradition, this wine combines the elegance and structure of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with the vibrant energy of California's sun-soaked vineyards. A harmonious blend of heritage and innovation, it’s a true tribute to the power of nature and craftsmanship.

About The Design

The Granite Mist wine label captures the majestic beauty of Yosemite with an ethereal, painterly depiction of its iconic granite cliffs. Bathed in dreamy hues of pink, purple, and gold, the design evokes the soft glow of misty sunsets, harmonizing with the wine's connection to nature and terroir. The elegant gothic typography adds a touch of timeless sophistication, perfectly complementing the label’s vibrant, almost surreal artistry. A visual celebration of rugged landscapes and refined craftsmanship, this label mirrors the wine’s essence: bold, balanced, and breathtaking.
