3 vs 1 font sizes

In this shot I've been exploring how to best work with typographic limitations - How does my approach and the UI change when I first allow myself to use 3 font sizes, versus a single one?

Limitations are an interesting aspect of design. As much as it's tempting to give yourself "full" creative freedom and use all kinds of sizes, weights and so on, seeing how few you can use and still get by is also a good exercise.
