About Concord & my role
Concord is an asset management, scheduling, and inspection app designed by Zyrous, the world’s leading product design and development agency.
As the Lead User Interface and Interaction Designer, I have contributed to Concord's versatile design, which allows the app to be flexibly configured to manage various types of assets, such as properties, projects, and employees of an organisation or a company.
The responsive web app, along with native mobile apps for Android and iOS, provides an exceptional user experience both in the office and remotely.
Design System
Creating a scalable, accessible and sleek design system was no less than a challenge.
Considering that this software had to be deployed across multiple types of enterprises or organisations, I designed the system to be versatile enough to adopt any branding themes and processes.
Dashboard
Modular and responsive dashboard with functionality to add and rearrange widgets.
Scheduling or Booking Events
A scrollable timeline displays existing bookings and scheduled events. The design also includes the ability to filter assets and create or manage events.
Inventory Management
Managing inventory within an asset (properties, in this case) includes creating inventory items and adding details such as images, categories, and comments for those items.
Inspections
A native mobile app designed to conduct inspections of assets (bridges, in this case) remotely.
The inspections app features a listing of due, in progress, and completed inspections, along with an overview of details.
The inspection being conducted is broken down into multiple steps. A progress drawer is designed to indicate the progress and overview of these steps.
This inspection flow is designed to be fully responsive and also has a desktop experience.
