Self-help App Design
Design and development of an application dedicated to mental and physical health. In addition to meditations (with the possibility of setting alarms and favorite melodies), inspiration, affirmations and instructive statements, the application also offers audio/video tutorials, yoga training and conversations with experts.
After entering your data, you can also follow specially made plans that are manifested in the form of daily tasks. There is also a specially created system for those who need more serious and immediate help.
