Splash Page

In this Daily UI assignment I focussed on creating an appealing splash/cover page for an interactive story. I used black, white and red as my colour pallet. I did this because of one of the tips Roger Black wrote in the book Editorial design – Digital and Print written by Cath Caldwell & Yolanda Zappaterra. I used the red to create attraction to certain elements. What I like about this design is the flow of the text alongside the building and the multiply effect on the publishing date.
