The Challenge.

Our platform helps people rent private spaces for events. With a growing user base, communication with support has become a real challenge. We needed to make interactions faster and more convenient so customers could quickly resolve their issues.

The Goal.

To enhance the support experience by making it more efficient and user-friendly. We aimed to provide a solution that allows clients to easily find, read, and archive important messages without losing any critical information

The Solution.

I designed a messaging interface with different states: active, archived, and unread messages. I also added a search function that enables users to quickly find specific chats using keywords. The ability to select and manage multiple messages at once has made communication even more convenient. All of this was implemented in a minimalist and clean style to ensure a seamless and smooth user experience.
