Black Licorice vs. Steel Grey

Looking to purchase some French Paper and I'm trying to decide between their Pop-Tone Black Licorice and Duro-Tone Steel Grey. Check the attachment for a larger version.

Would love to hear some feedback on paper choice and where this thing is at as a whole.
