In this project, we developed Vitalog, an all-in-one solution for medication management, designed to help users stay on top of their health without the stress of managing multiple prescriptions. Our goal was to create an easy-to-use platform that ensures users never miss their medications, while providing comprehensive tools for tracking and managing their health.
