Loopcloud's Pause Subscription Feature

Reduce voluntary subscription churn for Loopcloud by introducing a "Pause Subscription" feature. This allowed users to temporarily halt their subscriptions rather than cancel entirely, addressing key user concerns such as time, money, and inspiration constraints.

The results were significant: voluntary churn dropped by 31% (from 5% to 3.5%) and $26K in subscription revenue was saved within 34 days. Annually, this feature has the potential to generate an additional $285K if paused subscribers renew at least once.
