Body Harmony, located in Austin, Texas, prides itself on delivering personalized orthopedic care through a range of specialized treatments, from advanced manual therapies to comprehensive neuromuscular guidance. Recognizing the need to align their digital presence with their high-quality service, the clients partnered with Marffa Agency for a complete website overhaul in 2023.
The project began with developing intuitive UX prototypes to simplify the user journey, ensuring that patients could easily find information and schedule appointments. This was crucial for enhancing accessibility and streamlining the patient experience. Alongside the user experience enhancements, we also undertook a rebranding initiative. The user interface, designed in Figma, brought these concepts to life with a clean, inviting design that resonates with users seeking therapy and wellness information.
The site was built using WordPress and Elementor, providing a robust and flexible platform that adapts to various user needs and devices. This approach ensured a seamless, responsive experience across all platforms, making the website as functional as it is visually appealing.
The new website has been well-received by both patients and staff. It has not only improved the visibility of Body Harmony’s services but also made managing patient interactions simpler and more effective.
