American Realty Advisors Website Redesign
Overview With over 28 years of experience and $8 billion in assets under management, American Realty Advisors is a leader in real estate investment, serving high-level institutional investors. Their new website reflects this expertise and elegance, offering a sleek, professional look to meet the expectations of their discerning clientele.
Discovery American Realty Advisors recognized the need for an updated website to reflect their professionalism and to offer a seamless, responsive experience across all devices. We focused on understanding their user base, finding that most visitors came to vet the firm’s credibility before reaching out for investment inquiries, which shaped the design strategy.
UX Strategy We used wireframes to build a user-centric design, highlighting American Realty Advisors’ achievements and expertise through key statistics and recent insights on the homepage. Contact CTAs were strategically placed throughout the site to encourage potential investors to easily get in touch once they were ready to take the next step.
Build The design phase focused on elegance, using shades of grey with accents of red from their new logo to highlight key CTAs. The site was developed on .NET, allowing the client to easily manage content, including insights and PDFs, directly through the CMS for a dynamic and self-sufficient site.
Test & Launch The site underwent thorough testing to ensure smooth functionality across devices, with minimal bugs before going live. Hosting through our Rackspace servers allowed for a smooth transition, and the site launched at midnight to minimize downtime, ensuring a fresh experience for visitors the next morning.
Closing Thoughts By aligning the design with American Realty Advisors' prestigious brand, we created a website that clearly showcases their expertise and makes it easy for visitors to verify their credibility and reach out to invest. The redesign elevates their online presence, reflecting their high standards in real estate investment.
