Bank App Redesign: Virtual Cards & Smarter Management Features
Problem statement
Physical bank cards, such as those issued by StanbicIBTC, often suffer from fading digits, causing inconvenience for customers who rely on them for transactions.
Design solution
I redesigned the app to include virtual card equivalents, giving users instant access to card details (number, CVV, expiry). I added features like set limits, freeze/unfreeze, hide details, and manage PIN for better control and security.
