Solving engagement issues with the NZ sales team
The New Zealand sales team had a problem with engagement and conversion. While getting interest from prospecting customers wasn't an issue, a lot of prospects were dropping off as they didn't get engaged with content for the bottom of the funnel.
After spending some time with them to get to the bottom of the requirements, I put together a brief and outline of an eBook and worked through the feedback with the wider team to ensure we didn't miss anything, but also ensured we had the right language and theme.After writing the content and developing the imagery, I put together following design that is built for digital viewing.
