Problem

In Iran's middle-aged community, many individuals have to travel long distances to book appointments, renew appointments, or receive test results, which leads to frustration and inconvenience. Additionally, many of these individuals are not comfortable using online appointment booking platforms, and they prefer traditional methods such as calling the receptionist or visiting in person. This lack of adoption is due to poor User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design in existing applications, as well as a generally low level of technical knowledge in the country. These issues result in a significant portion of the community still relying on outdated methods.

Solution

We plan to create an online appointment booking app to solve these issues. The app will have a simple and user-friendly design with optimized UI and UX. It will include guided tutorials, accessibility features such as large text options, and language selection. Additionally, the app will offer a hybrid booking system that includes online reservations, requests for a callback from the receptionist, and live chat support. Other features will include location-based services such as finding the nearest medical facilities and virtual consultations, robust data security and authentication, and continuous feedback collection for ongoing improvement. This solution aims to reduce unnecessary travel, streamline the appointment booking process, and facilitate a smoother transition from traditional methods to online systems.
