For this project, I crafted a vibrant, fun, and user-friendly website that brings Café Hà Nội’s charm to life. Specializing in Vietnamese bubble tea and desserts, this cozy spot in Angers offers a unique experience for bubble tea lovers, dessert enthusiasts, and even BTS fans (yes, they host fan meetups too!).
From designing a drool-worthy menu display to a playful events page that encourages customers to join the fun, the site is all about community, authenticity, and a touch of humor. I added a pop of personality to match the café’s lively vibe and made sure tourists and locals alike could easily find their new favorite hangout spot.

Preventing Paradox of Choice of The Menu
Offering too many options initially leads to decision fatigue and dissatisfaction. I structure the menu to prioritize popular and recommended items, creating a clear hierarchy that guides users to make quicker, more confident choices. To make the experience more engaging, I use cute illustrations of bubble tea with a smile, adding a playful, on-trend touch that welcomes users and enhances the overall vibe.
Social Proof (Trust & Authority)
Social proof is a powerful psychological principle, especially in consumer behavior. Cialdini’s Principle of Social Proof states that people are more likely to trust a product or service if others have already done so. Therefore, I want to include customer reviews from google map review to establish trust and credibility.
