LANDR Mastering Pro Experience Map

As the sole product designer on LANDR's flagship product, I focused on deeply understanding the journeys of our key personas. As an example, I analyzed the experiences of professionals and aspiring musicians with Pro subscriptions.

Through this analysis, I identified pivotal moments in their journeys where targeted improvements could create the greatest emotional and business impact. Collaborating closely with the product owner and developers, I ideated and delivered successful features designed to enhance these critical touchpoints, ensuring an elevated user experience that aligned with our business goals.

By strategically aligning new features with key moments in the user journey, we successfully generated approximately $1 million in incremental annual profit.
