Future-proofing claim processing
This case study showcases my work at VectorSolv, a startup based in Ottawa, Canada, where I played a key role in reimagining our claims management system. Our software, Warrantysphere, had been effective since launch, but as the company evolved, it became clear that our existing claims lifecycle was too rigid to accommodate future growth and feature enhancements. This was the first comprehensive overhaul of the system, aimed at ensuring long-term adaptability and efficiency.
