Updated Lead UI

I recently revisited a very large project that was finished last year. We rebuilt the primary interface for our tradespeople using React, which allowed us to make some revolutionary changes to the interface. Now we have a better understanding of how people use the app, what elements are important and what actions we want to promote, we decided to make some tweaks.

Starting with mobile, we made use of a sticky primary action bar and actionsheets to allow easier access to controls. We also improved the way finding by colour coding the various phases of a lead throughout the app. Several performance improvements were also added, for example putting maps behind a button to stop us from hammering the maps API.
