B2B Analytics Dashboard Application
Application redesign
I was hired to redesign a B2B Data analytics dashboard including UX and UI. The application served the purpose of tracking engagements on paid content marketing placements, primarily in life sciences publications. Stakeholders expressed concern over quality of the UI, but there were a few gaps in the UX as well.
My process was heuristic audit, and a stakeholder listening tour, design, usability testing, in order to determine what we could achieve within a three-month timespan.
