I'm excited to share my latest UI/UX design project for Closbox, a luggage storage service based in Rome, Italy. Closbox aims to provide travelers with a seamless experience for securely storing their belongings while exploring the city stress-free.

Project Goals

The primary goal was to enhance the website’s usability and ensure an intuitive interface that caters to both local and international travelers. The focus areas included:

- Streamlining the booking process for storage locations.

- Showcasing key services with clarity and accessibility.

- Ensuring mobile responsiveness for on-the-go users.

Design Process

💡 Research: Conducted a usability study with five participants from Rome, Milazzo, and remote locations to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

🎨 Wireframing & Prototyping: Crafted low-fidelity sketches that evolved into high-fidelity prototypes for a seamless user journey.

🔍 User Testing: Iteratively tested and refined designs to address feedback and enhance functionality.
