Key Highlights:
When all agents are offline, customer messages are automatically stored in a folder, ready for review.
As the business transitions from offline (night) to online (day), agents are notified of new messages.
A seamless and engaging day-to-night animation illustrates the offline-to-online shift.
With this new feature, agents can quickly respond to customers as soon as they’re back online, enhancing communication and ensuring no query goes unanswered.
