Integrated Legacy Data App for Clinicians

Introducing a unified solution for clinicians to access comprehensive patient legacy data without leaving their primary workspace. This app seamlessly integrates legacy patient data within the existing EHR system, eliminating the need for multiple tabs and offering a full, single-interface view of patient records.

With a customizable patient dashboard, clinicians can adjust widgets to display critical data tailored to their specialties, supporting faster workflows and enhancing patient care. This unified view of legacy and current data empowers clinicians to make informed, holistic decisions more efficiently.


Additionally, a standalone version provides direct access to legacy patient data. It offers the same comprehensive legacy information but functions independently, providing an efficient solution for instances when clinicians require patient data outside the main EHR system.

Sign in & Verification

Users typically sign in through SSO, but those entering email and password will go through 2-step verification for security. They choose between email or phone for the verification code to access the app.

Patient Search

After signing in, clinicians search for specific patients, primarily by first and last name, with other filters available as tabs. Recently viewed patients also appear for easy access, streamlining their workflow.

Patient Dashboard

Upon selecting a patient, clinicians access the dashboard, where they can view legacy or real-time data. "View All" and left-menu options lead to deeper information.

Dashboard Customization

Clinicians can tailor the dashboard to their needs — enabling/disabling widgets, rearranging them, and toggling between light and dark modes.
