With Pizza Hut Indonesia facing declining profits and a 20% revenue cut from food aggregators, the solution seemed simple: get customers to use their own app. But here's the catch - 6/6 research subjects preferred third-party apps, even with PHI's app already installed.
"I'd rather order through GoFood than deal with this registration process" - this user comment changed everything.
