With over 5000 dispensers displayed across the United States and Canada, BrightGuard helps develop Sun Safety Programs for communities, aquatic centers, beaches, parks, golf courses, sports venues, and businesses.I led the UX research, IA and design for an internal facing workflow and servicing application that streamlines the process of servicing and maintenance of BrightGuard sunscreen dispensers and takes the work out of keeping clients up to date.

The UX research side included user interviews with BrightGuard’s owner/manager and current and previous employees as well as an analysis and breakdown of other delivery and 'gig worker' applications and task management applications.
