This led us to focus on simplifying the process of sourcing passive and resurfaced candidates. Through user research, we identified the need for a more efficient way to find candidates who match specific job criteria. We combined AI with People Search to automatically generate a curated list of potential candidates, ensuring a seamless experience for recruiters. The design also included intuitive features like automatic tagging of AI-suggested candidates and the ability to easily remove profiles with clear reasons, preventing duplicates in future searches.
