Project description
Referral program is a system that incentivises users to recommend the products to their network. Users can earn 20% of every purchase made by people they refer. I am the lead designer responsible for the end-to-end design process through discovery, ideation, validation, iteration and implementation.
Manage referral tasks on the mobile app
Users can view the referral status and refer other users through the app to participate in the referral programme and earn additional commissions.
