CRM Quotation Process

We're currently working to improve a client's existing CRM with a whole new interface and backend.

There are multiple levels of navigation within the app, so finding the balance between convenience and clutter will be a challenge here.

This is the first pass at making sense of all of the CRM's functionality, including the quote builder, which is spread over 8 steps.
