I’m excited to share my latest project with you: a new HR web app designed to make recruitment smoother and more efficient. Worknest helps recruiters manage the entire hiring process, track their workflow, and gain insights into team performance. In this post, I’d like to show you the main views available from the HR manager’s perspective.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard gives HR managers a quick look at essential information, including recruitment statistics, team activity, and the work schedule. It also helps them stay on top of upcoming meetings and tasks.

Recruitment Table

This section provides a detailed overview of active recruitment processes. Recruiters can filter the table to find exactly what they need and switch between different views: by position, by recruitment stage, or as a standard table.
