Student Onboarding: A Centralized Application Portal |Case Study
A user-centered design case study addressing fragmented onboarding for incoming students at Krea University, resulting in a centralized platform for seamless document submission, roommate selection, and streamlined communication.
The goal of this project was to create a unified onboarding platform that simplifies the process for incoming students by consolidating necessary onboarding tasks, reducing the time spent on manual tasks by 80%, and improving user satisfaction by at least 40% (measured through post-launch surveys). By addressing core issues like fragmented document submission, ineffective communication, and randomized roommate selection, the platform aimed to enhance the onboarding experience and reduce administrative workload.
