Lantern's Current Customer Tracking feature, which helps users monitor former customers who have changed jobs—a valuable signal, as these customers are 50% more likely to repurchase but also present a higher churn risk. The interface includes two states: a data-rich view and an intuitive upload option.

Data-Rich Tracking View: The data view provides insights into total customer contacts, job changes, and high-intent leads. It also includes a list of Customers Similar to William with relevant attributes like ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and job status (New or Old), making it easy to identify priority contacts.
Results Overview: A quick stats summary at the bottom gives users a snapshot of target accounts, total job changes, high-intent leads, and senior-level changes, making it easy to gauge pipeline potential at a glance.
File Upload Option: In the empty state, users are prompted to upload customer lists via drag-and-drop or file selection (CSV, XLS, XLSX) with a max file size of 20MB. This ensures quick data onboarding for new users or fresh lists.
