More Story in Design
Here’s something worth remembering: design should always tell a story, but a clear one. When visuals are overdone or interactions feel forced, they can disrupt more than they inspire.
Instead, think of every design choice as a word in the story you’re telling. Elements like color, typography, and space should lead the user seamlessly from one idea to the next without noise or distraction. Whether it’s a bold accent color to highlight key actions or subtle micro-interactions that add depth, clarity should always win.
So next time you’re adding that finishing touch, ask yourself—“Does this add to the story and the experience, or is it just noise?”
