At the core of Workable's Employee Onboarding feature is a structured yet personalized process designed to guide new hires smoothly into their roles and integrate seamlessly with the company culture. Recognizing the importance of a positive and efficient start, we've crafted an onboarding experience that ensures each new employee has access to all essential resources, tasks, and information needed to settle into their positions confidently.
Our design prioritizes clarity and adaptability, allowing for customization to fit each company’s specific needs. Key elements include a task management system for tracking onboarding progress, embedded tools for setting up introductions with team members, and a flexible document-sharing feature to streamline the distribution of important paperwork. Based on user feedback, we’ve also introduced tools that enable HR teams to tailor onboarding journeys based on department or role, with options for assigning mentors and arranging follow-ups.
