Gibo is a food delivery platform offering on-demand service from local restaurants.

Project Scope:

• Complete UX/UI redesign for the mobile app

• UX research

• Website design

• Custom illustrations

Overview:

The client reached out with concerns about an outdated interface and a challenging user experience. Although the app was functional, the interface was unwelcoming. My role was to refresh the entire design to improve usability and appeal. After a thorough user journey analysis, I enhanced the user experience. The website was then redesigned to align with the new style.
