Docs editor app redesign
Overview
A Docs module is a centralized platform designed to store, organize, and share knowledge within an organization. It provides a single source of truth for important information, such as policies, procedures, guidelines, and project documentation.
The goal
The goal was to completely redesign the previous solution, starting with the development of a new Design system. We aimed to simplify the overall experience, reducing user complexity. A key focus was creating a new WYSIWYG editor for intuitive writing. The full-text search was replaced with a more streamlined alternative. Additionally, we implemented collaborative features such as mentioning, real-time collaboration, and commenting. Finally, a new layout was designed to improve user focus.
