Package design for Cold Brew

I’m a huge coffee fan ☕️ my mornings always start with a V60 or French press. All my travel routes are planned around third-wave coffee shops 🖤

So, while developing the packaging for Cold Brew from Fresh Black, I had an insight in the restroom of one of my favorite coffee shops, which is very cool, decorated with TAROT CARDS 🔮!!!!! And this was almost a ready mood board😱

Tarot cards, a mystical vibe ✨, it’s like fortune telling on coffee grounds or some sort of coffee potion brewing 🧙‍♂️

By combining this idea with the brand’s slogan,  

“Coffee that opens your eyes 👁  it led me to the thought of creating a coffee God that opens your third eye, enlightening you with coffee knowledge 📚 or awakening you, just like a cup of coffee in the morning ☀️

If we take a closer look, we can see coffee God and two Fellow kettles pouring water into an eye 👁️ Why into an eye 👁? Because of the slogan “COFFEE THAT OPENS YOUR EYES.” (Since the coffee God is made of coffee, after extraction, the coffee goes into Chemexes (coffee devices) ☕️

The pattern creating a closed composition is the integration of the symbol logo "OKEY" which the clients wanted to implement in the design👌

I based my work on the brand's signature colors and integrated two additional colors that complement each other well 🎨

The design of the stickers will also mimic the shape of a tarot card✨

So, the mystical image of the illustrations, neon colors 🌈, and slightly psychedelic animations will spark interest even among the most discerning hipster 😅
