User Persona — Large Public School

User personas are an important part of the design process and a research activity that enables teams to learn more about their target demographic and build features that can help them meet their needs.

This is a sample persona that is part of a larger and more robust set of K-12 educational personas that I created for an EdTech company.

This set of personas helped the company's product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams gain deeper insight into our user base and their specific needs, challenges, goals, and motivations.
