Launching a credit marketplace in Canada
I adapted a successful UK credit app (20+ million users) for the Canadian market by leading user interviews and usability testing in Toronto. My focus was on understanding market-specific needs, identifying key challenges, and ensuring the app’s design resonated with Canadian users. Through this research, I tailored the interface and features to fit seamlessly into the local market, setting a strong foundation for the app’s success in Canada.
