A new identity for a boutique jewelry branch to match their refined and elegant collection.
Client
Noor Noir is a jewelry company inspired by the hidden treasures of the sea. The collection incorporates natural materials such as pearls, aquamarines and seashells, into every item of jewelry. The name Noor Noir means Light (Arabic) and Dark or Black (French), relating to themes of nature, transience and impermanence.
Project
After creating a new logo for the brand, I was asked to further develop a full identity that could be used throughout marketing and packaging. The goal was to create immediate brand recognition, as well as a sense of harmony between different platforms.
Design
The Noor Noir brand was defined as feminine, natural, handmade, delicate, and timeless. The palette was inspired by soft hues found in nature and raw materials, while the typography was clean and legible, with a hint of vintage ornamentation.
