Improving the ‘Ask Me Anything’ (AMA) Feature for Update AI

At Update AI, I enhanced the ‘Ask Me Anything’ (AMA) feature using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to significantly improve platform usability. This feature allows users to access it seamlessly across various sections of the platform. Imagine being a user with numerous daily meetings; our platform provides both long and short summaries of each meeting, along with a comprehensive overview of all meetings per selected account, date range, and other filters.

The initial version of AMA (v0) was a basic functional modal, activated by clicking a CTA within the desired section. It lacked actionable and functional components. Through extensive research and user behavior analysis, I developed an advanced user flow that presented the best possible scenario for this feature. This led to the creation of v1, which incorporated all user-desired functionalities.

This project was part of a broader initiative to analyze and enhance the platform, ensuring the best user experience.
