UX: User journey and user persona

At Seqera, it was essential to understand the uniqueness of users. They are highly specialized professionals—true experts in their fields—which makes connecting with them all the more critical. It wasn’t just product designers who needed this insight, but marketers and sales teams as well. Knowing their challenges, workflows, and journeys helped shape more effective strategies.

Early after starting my work at company, before starting product design work, I conducted in-depth research and led workshops to develop four detailed personas. Each persona was mapped to at least one user journey, offering valuable insights that helped ensure our efforts aligned with the needs and expectations of these rare professionals.
