Client WoodWorks

Sector Custom Furniture

Duration 10 weeks

From scattered channels to a unified showcase WoodWorks, a Northern Canada furniture carpenter, specializes in creating one-of-a-kind, handcrafted furniture pieces. With a thriving presence on social media, the business attracted attention, but there was a problem: potential clients frequently reached out with questions about available designs, customization options, and pricing. Responding to each inquiry individually became a time-consuming challenge, pulling focus away from crafting exceptional furniture.

The need for a central hub The owner of WoodWorks realized the need for a centralized platform where clients could explore a detailed catalog of offerings, learn about customization options, and place orders directly. That’s when I stepped in to design a professional website that would streamline their operations and elevate their business.

The transformation

01: A catalog that tells a story I created an engaging and visually rich website showcasing WoodWorks’ exquisite craftsmanship. Each piece was displayed in high-resolution galleries, accompanied by detailed descriptions of materials, dimensions, and customization possibilities. The catalog became not just a showcase but a storytelling tool that conveyed the passion behind every creation.

02: Simplifying client interactions The website featured an intuitive inquiry system, allowing clients to easily request quotes or customization details. Frequently asked questions were also addressed on a dedicated page, reducing repetitive back-and-forth communication.

03: Streamlining social integration To maintain the benefits of WoodWorks’ social media presence, I integrated feeds directly into the site. Visitors could still engage with the brand’s latest posts and promotions while exploring the catalog in-depth.

Driving results Since launching the new website, WoodWorks has experienced a 40% reduction in repetitive inquiries, saving valuable time. With a polished online presence, the business has also reported a 15% increase in new clients and orders. The website has become a cornerstone of their operations, allowing the owner to focus on what matters most: crafting furniture that stands the test of time.
