Puzzley User Panel (Mobile)

Puzzley is an online app builder that lets you create apps with drag-and-drop functionality, no coding required. Its feature-rich panel allows users to easily customize their apps.

As a UI/UX Designer at Puzzley, I led user research and optimized the panel to meet users’ needs. My process included:

1. User Feedback Survey: Creating a survey to gather user feedback on the product.

2. Data Analysis & Organization: Analyzing results through charts and tables to organize user data.

3. Persona Development: Developing 6 personas based on the collected insights.

4. User Flows & Scenarios: Creating user flows and scenarios for each persona.

5. Usability Testing: Conducting usability tests with 5 users to identify pain points.

6. Information Architecture Redesign: Redesigning the information architecture for simpler navigation.

7. Wireframe Creation & Review: Crafting wireframes and collaborating with the Puzzley team.

8. UI Design: Designing the new UI based on approved wireframes.

9. UI Testing: Testing the new UI with the same 5 users to gauge their response.
