Nozbe.help - help page

Background

The help page has been an incredible source of knowledge for both my coworkers and our users. I took care of it after the previous person responsible for it left the company.

Goal

To refresh Nozbe’s help page, keep it up to date, populate the articles with GIFs and images, and unify it.

My Roles & Responsibilities

As the person responsible for that project, I:

• - updated articles to represent the current state of the app

• - updated all GIFs and images in each article

• - added new articles and sub-articles describing app’s new features

• - translated the articles from English to Polish

The help page is available at Nozbe.help and is updated weekly according to the features and changes we introduce with each new version of the app.
