That quote is not from this moment in the films, (though it is a moment with one of my other favorite quotes from the series - see title).

I tried to capture the distant joy in Gandalf's eyes (masterfully portrayed by Sir Ian McKellen) when he is speaking, not of the coming storm in front of him, but of the far green country.
